Head of Product & Marketplace

A Dutch based HealthTech is looking for a driven, technically focused product leader to take ownership of their product vision and strategy as we look to expand across the Netherlands and Europe (from 2024) after our latest round of pre-seed funding. We consistently strive to provide the best marketplace for our customers when it comes to match providers of mental health to employees & employers.

  • Take a leading role in defining the product vision, strategy and design whilst continuously delivering a desirable, scalable and usable product – managing the processes associated with delivering value for the organization and customers.
  • Design & deliver product a roadmap for 2022 and beyond.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the development team & freelancers to complete the projects of the to be designed product roadmap. · Interface with our marketing- and sales team to help shape a roadmap for a customer's overall product experience. From seeing the very first ad to buying the product to using the product to receiving customer service as needed.
  • Set & monitore KPI metrics related to product sales, product usage and employee- & provider retention.
  • You’ll be a crucial part of the executive leadership team as they continue to grow and look to expand internationally.
  • Create a framework for data-driven decisions to be taken.


  • 3+ years of experience as a head of product/product lead with marketplace experience
  • Experience in Start up or Scale up
  • An accomplished leader that can develop and manage multiple products, who ensures that they consistently follow market trends and places great emphasis on key details that will lead to continuous growth
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of 5+ people and the continued motivation to do so as they look to hire and expand out their team in the future
  • Strong communicational skills are essential in building strong relationships both internally with the leadership team and externally for their clients in the Dutch and future European market
  • Professional level of English, Dutch language is a great plus
